||Dennis A. Leseberg, D.D.S., M.S.
Dennis Leseberg received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln in 1979. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 1983. As a student he received the Marron-King Award and at graduation was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the American Society of Dentistry for Children.
Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Leseberg served as a dental resident in a one year General Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah
Upon completion of his residency program, Dr. Leseberg associated with a general dentist in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he was in private practice for three years.
Dr. Leseberg received a Master of Science in Endodontics from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas in 1989. He then joined Dr. L. Joe Bradley in Oklahoma City and limited his practice to endodontics. In 1995 they formed Oklahoma Endodontics.
Dr. Leseberg serves as a lecturer on endodontics for the General Practice Residencies of Saint Anthony’s Hospital, Children’s Medical Center, and the Veteran’s Administration Medical Center He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Oklahoma Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontics.
||David B. Shadid, D.D.S., M.S.D.
Dr. David Shadid was born and raised in Oklahoma City. After graduating from Casady School, he attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman. David was granted early acceptance to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, and graduated with many honors including, but not limited to, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honorary Dental Society, the Quintessence Awards for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award, and the Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics Departmental Awards.
After graduation he began his dental career with a general practice residency at Saint Anthony Hospital. Dr. Shadid obtained his Endodontic Certificate and Masters of Science in Dentistry degree, in 1996, from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Upon returning to Oklahoma, Dr. Shadid joined partnership with Drs. Bradley and Leseberg who were already established in the Oklahoma City area. The group collectively changed their name to Oklahoma Endodontics. Dr. Shadid's dedication to the profession is demonstrated by his membership in the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and his past teaching at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and Saint Anthony Hospital. He currently serves as editor for the Oklahoma County Dental Society Newsletter. Dr. Shadid is married to Lydia and is actively involved in his church and community
